Raw Dog Food Calculator…

Our raw dog food calculator helps to provide advice and guidelines on how much to feed your dog. As a general rule, adult dogs should be fed between 2-3% of their body weight per day. Following this guideline helps your dog sustain a healthy body weight. For more information about the optimum nutrition for your dog, check out UK Pet Food (formerly known as PFMA).

There are various factors which can impact the amount of raw food that your dog will require. It’s important to take these into account when calculating your requirements. These factors can include:

Feeding requirements for puppies are different. Puppies grow fastest in the first 5 months, therefore puppies should be fed between 2-3% of their expected adult weight, per day. Meals should be given to puppies 3 times a day up to 6 months old. After that, moving to twice-daily feedings after 6 months. Learn more about transitioning your puppy to a raw diet here.

Our raw food calculator is intended to be used as a guide only. Every dog’s nutrition requirements are different and so their optimum feeding schedule may differ to match their individual needs. If you have any questions that aren’t answered by our website, please feel free to email us.
